Events & courses refund policy:

Cancellations made 28 days or more before the event  – full refund, less any deposit paid, or your place transferred to anther course. If no deposit paid, full refund less an administration fee of 10% or your place transferred to another course.

Cancellation 27-14 days before the event – 50% refund or, if the place is filled, a full refund, less an administration fee of 10%, or your place transferred to another course.

Cancellation less than 14 days before the event –  refund/transfer available only if the place is filled, less an administration fee of 10%.

Cancellation less than 7 days before the event – refund/transfer not available. 

Please note outdoor experiences will go ahead in the rain. 

If the event is cancelled due to the weather or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be given.

Product refund policy:

Lakeland Wellbeing offers a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, please get in touch. If the product is in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase. After we receive your item, we will inspect it and, provided it is undamaged, process your refund. 

After the 30-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. 

The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
