Full 1:1 Wellbeing Days
These unique and nourishing days are tailor made to meet your specific needs. Made up of your choice of activities these full wellbeing days last 6 hours.
You can blend forest bathing, mindfulness, Life & Wellbeing coaching, Reiki, Reflexology, Emotional Freedom Technique & Kinetic Shift.
If you have a group of friends or family that you would like to get together to relax & reconnect with, I also offer group wellbeing days.
Forest Bathing
A deep connection with nature is part of our ancestral heritage, although many of us have all but forgotten this in our busy modern lives, but it still lives within us, and we can easily find a re-connection.
In this 3-hour session we learn to connect mindfully with nature and ourselves, slowing down our bodies and minds in a calming and relaxing experience.
These nourishing group forest bathing sessions are held at Whinlatter Forest near Keswick, often following the Celtic festivals and cycle of the seasons.
Full Moon Women's Circle
Women have come together in circle for thousands of years but in recent times this connection and sisterhood have been forgotten, when perhaps we need it the most!
Held in the depths of the forest and working with the energy of the full moon and the elements, with meditation, ritual and sharing, we create a sacred space to tap into our inner guidance, tell our stories, to laugh, cry and ‘be’ with each other in a supportive & nurturing circle.
Herbal teas and vegan cake included. £15 per person.
